Richard M. Wintory, is a well versed and experienced litigation attorney, and prior prosecutor, who through all of his litigation experience, understands all aspects of the trial process.  He studied political science in college and received his Bachelor’s degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma and soon after receiving his J.D. degree he passed the bar in Oklahoma and began working as a Prosecutor for the State of Oklahoma. He continued to advance as a Prosecutor and in the year 2003, after being accepted to the bar of Arizona, he became a Prosecutor for the State of Arizona.

Mr. Wintory spent several years as a Prosecutor working for Pima County, Arizona in the Superior Court of Arizona, litigating cases as first chair and lead counsel and he spent the last years of his career working as Chief Deputy Attorney for the State of Arizona.  In the year 2014, he joined the firm as a litigator and he has assisted as first chair in many cases representing clients who appreciate his efforts.  He has been, and is still, a part-time Instructor at the Law Enforcement Academy at the Pima County Community College, where he ensures his students understand the statutes and codes of Arizona law, as well as important federal statutes and codes that pertain to the state statutes, and so that they will make the right choices as to the law while acting in their career. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Wintory believes in the law and he advocates for justice and fairness in everything that he does.
